Beautiful Door Chime Top! (Don't know about the tubes)
I can only review the upper most piece of the door chime - although I believed I ordered the entire door chime - I only received the top part (the rectangle at the top)- no tubes for the hammers to strike. It is UNIQUE, BEAUTIFUL, and substantial, but I am returning it - what can you do with half of a non-functioning door chime? Be careful when ordering this very expensive item - it is misrepresented in pictures and misleading in description (as to what is included and what is not). Order only from those companies that explicitly offer the chime AND tubes together if you want a working door chime. I ordered from 1STOPLighting - I won't make that mistake again. I will be reordering this beautiful door chime from another company - and when I do - it will have all the pieces it needs to function!
