Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin III Mini Table Desk Lamp. In 1953, Mr Wright adapted a pendant lamp design to become a free standing fixture next to his desk at (Taliesin Spring Green.) The Taliesin 3 mini-lamp is a 13" scale model of the original 6' 8" floor lamp Wright had constructed for his office. It is lighted with the latest technology using LED lights, and is battery operated. The light can be directed upward or downward as featured on the original light fixture, using movable diffusers. It is made of solid cherry wood and hand finished with a cherry enhanced Danish Oil. The wood will naturally patina and darken over a period of time.

small but exquisite
This little lamp is a real beauty. I was surprised, given the cost, how light weight it is...like balsam wood used for models or something. however, for Wright fans, it's a great little piece for a shelf or bathroom.
